Packaging Solutions for the Drinks Industry

The options available for secondary drinks packaging are extensive and the most appropriate option will depend on your primary drink packaging. We are confident that we can advise the most suitable drinks packaging options whether you intend to sell your product online, in-store, as part of a gifting range or a subscription service. See below for some of the options available:

How We Work with Drinks Businesses

Materials available for Drink Packaging:

E-Commerce Postal Shippers Set

E-Commerce or FBB Box with Cardboard Fitments – can be made in the same material as the base packaging. E-Commerce corrugated board would be best suited to heavier items whilst Folding Box Board would be ideal for lighter teabag and coffee packaging.

Mailer bag

Mailer Bags / Envelopes – durable and created from 100% recyclable Kraft material. With recyclable Kraft Rippatapes now available, this is a great choice for coffee and tea brands focused on substantiality. Usually A4 or A5 size, so ideal for fitting through letterboxes.

Luxury folding cartons

Product Cartons – created from a lightweight, flexible folding box board (FBB), ideal for retail or coffee shop product packaging as they are a cost-effective solution. There are a wide range of coated, uncoated and textured boards to choose from and also can be digitally or litho-printed depending on the required quantity. These cartons are delivered flat-packed so take up minimum storage space

Black rigid presentation box with foam fitments for drink company

Rigid Presentation Boxes with Foam Fitments – thicker than folding cartons, these boxes are made from rigid grey board and offer a luxurious solution for gifting that is likely to be re-purposed after initial use. The board can be wrapped in coated or uncoated papers, printed with your design and embellished with various finishing effects (see below).

Corrugated handle box for a drink company

Corrugated Handle Box – a different style of E-Commerce box, usually produced in a strong E-flute material for durability.

Fine Gins advent calendar

Advent Calendars – available in an FBB or rigid board, advent calendars can be adapted to suit most beverage types.
