Melt London is an independent, family run business that was founded by Louise Nelson in 2006. Now known for making London’s most luxurious chocolates using the best ingredients in the world, they welcome customers from all over the globe.
To achieve a unique approach to making chocolates, Melt have brought their kitchen to the shop. This allows customers to learn about the process and enjoy the intoxicating aromas whilst waiting for their own chocolates to be handmade in front of them by world class chocolatiers.
After making their foiled paper carrier bags for their London store for the past few years, Melt saw an increase in online orders during the pandemic and asked us to help them source a range of branded e-commerce packaging. To cater to all levels of chocolate-cravings, they required 100% plastic free recyclable, boxes produced in five different sizes.
The eCommerce boxes were manufactured at one of our UK factories and produced in white Kraft E-flute. The board was printed with the signature Melt artwork in their dark brown Pantone colour. The boxes all had a simple machine varnish to protect the print which also ensured that they were fully recyclable, keeping to the sustainable ethos of their brand.
