L’Occitane asked Maxipos to source a silver key accessory that would help customers squeeze every little bit of their favourite cream out of their L’Occitane product tubes. The key also required a premium gift presentation box.
The key was produced from a zinc alloy material with electroplating with the L’Occitane logo embossed onto the key head. 37,000 keys were produced – 22,000 of which were presented in the gift box.
Our trusted Polish factory developed a simple but effective slipcase and drawer with an acetate window so that the key was visible on shelf. The slipcase was produced from 478mic white Folding Box Board material with a 50mic PVC window film. The carton also had a Folding Box Board drawer with fitment and a grosgrain ribbon pull. All elements of the gift box were printed CMYK, whilst matt lamination was added to the carton and fitment.
The factory produced 22,000 units; each component was then flat-packed into labelled shipping cartons before palletising and delivering them to L’Occitane’s warehouse.
