Arbonne – Branded Retail Standard Bag

Arbonne skincare products, based on botanical principles, was founded in 1975 by Petter Merck together with a group of leading biochemists, biologists and herbalists. The products are now shared throughout the world by the Arbonne network of Independent Consultants. The product line has since grown to include both inner and outer health and beauty products that are unparalleled in quality, safety, value, benefits and results.

Each year, Arbonne holds a global conference for their Consultants all over the world and one of the main talking points is the Conference Bag which is given to each Consultant to use on a day-to-day basis for the following year.

Previously, Arbonne had struggled to find a supplier who could produce retail-standard bags that matched their quality requirements so they approached Maxipos to work on the 2017 Conference bags.

At the start of the process, we provided a trends presentation which covered materials, colours and themes to reflect the styles of the moment and the Arbonne brand characteristics. Arbonne then requested material and colour swatches which we sourced through our Chinese suppliers.

 

Once the bags’ shapes, colourways and materials were approved, we provided fully working samples for approval after creating moulds for the metallic branded elements such as the Arbonne lettering and logo. After the samples had been signed off, production commenced at our Chinese factory and the bags were delivered to the UK and Poland within 12 weeks.

In total, 3800 units were produced of the Women’s bag and 800 for the Men’s version. The bags proved such a success that we were asked to produce updated versions for the 2018 Conference.
