What are the delivery lead times?
Lead times depend on the style, quantity and manufacturing location. We'll provide accurate timescales with your quotation, but as a guide:
UK: 4-8 weeks
Turkey: 6-8 weeks
China: Around 18 weeks, including sea freight.

What is the payment process?
For all new clients we require full payment upfront for the first three orders. After this, our payment terms are 30 days from the date of delivery.
