Rodial contacted Maxipos to see if we could match their current carrier bag with slight modifications to the design. The first step was to provide them with a sample so that they could check the size, material and quality. Once approved, our main Turkish carrier bag supplier produced the bags using a high quality, 230gsm uncoated black board.
The simple but contemporary artwork was printed with a white screen print and matt finish on both sides. They also added black polyester rope handles with knotted ends in addition to bottom and top card reinforcements to give the bag a sturdy and premium finish.
The initial production run was for 5,000 units which were delivered to the Rodial warehouse in the UK.
